The Project
Commonside East is a beautiful collection of two bedroom houses located in Mitcham in the South-West borough of Merton. Just a short walk from Mitcham Common these stunning houses are conveniently located between the rural clam of Wimbledon and vibrant buzz of Croydon, with direct routes into Central London in under 45 minutes.
The picturesque River Wandle can be found nearby as well as Dean City Farm, Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park, making it an idyllic location to achieve a balanced lifestyle.
With private gardens, generous floor plans and high quality finishes, Commonside East is designed with modern living in mind.
The Solution
Working with Wandle Housing we created an A4 property brochure to match the natural character of the development. The brand identity was then uses to create a website – incorporating virtual tours and signage to showcase the show apartment. Although a small development with limited budget he design elements were carried across all collateral, creating a highly professional campaign that the client was delighted with.
