The Project
Canada Water is undergoing major regeneration. The new transport hub, library and residential developments, are part of the vision to transform Canada Water into a vibrant town centre with new homes, jobs, shopping, leisure and other activities that will support the existing community and grow the local economy.
Part of the wider Mulberry Business Park development , The Mulberry is a stunning collection of ten modern and tastefully specified one, two and three bedroom apartments with fitted kitchens, stylish bathrooms, balconies boasting stunning views of the city, and a private communal rooftop terrace. All of this just a 6 minute walk from Canada Water Station.
The Solution
Working with Wandle Housing we created an A4 property brochure to match the natural character of the development at The Mulberry. Using Virtual Staging with the internal photography we were able to produce some stunning visuals, which along with the VR tours on the website helped give potential buyers the chance to feel as though they had stepped inside the property without ever leaving the house.
Social media posts were created to enhance the visuals, showcasing the stylish nature of this unique modern development, and attract buyers once the show apartment had been dressed and viewing s were taking place.
